Motion Control and Multi-Axis Delivery SystemsOur systems operate from a single computer running both motion control and ultrasonic testing acquisition software. The software provides the basic functions for inspection scan programming of simple geometries. For complex geometries, the inspection path can be easily generated by commercially available CAM software directly from standard 3-D drawing information. The multi-axis delivery systems are adapted to your application.
Metrology performance evaluation based on current ISO 230 standards is performed on every system by an independent metrology certification agent. A report assessing the accuracy and repeatability is provided.
